Postpartum doula support is here to help you navigate recovery, newborn care, and household adjustments while building confidence and space for rest. Whether you need hands-on help, guidance, or emotional support, these services are tailored to meet your family’s unique needs.
Service Offerings.
Occasionally, postpartum visits may need to be rescheduled if Rebecca is called to a birth.

Overnight Support — $350 per night
Peaceful, restorative nights for the family while a trained doula supports nighttime feeding, soothing, and meal prep needs. 10pm - 6am support.

Newborn Care Support — $200 per visit
Hands-on guidance for feeding, soothing, and sleep strategies. Learn practical skills while receiving gentle support for your newborn’s routines.
Meal Prep and Household Assistance — $250 for 4 hr visit
Light household help, meal prep, and organization to ease the transition into life with a newborn. Focus your energy on recovery and bonding while your home stays functional.
Emotional Support and Education — $250 per visit
Space to process your birth experience, discuss postpartum emotions, and receive evidence-based guidance on topics like feeding, sleep, and parenting choices.

Virtual Postpartum Support — $200 for 2 weeks
Flexible, remote guidance for families who need professional support, problem-solving, or reassurance without in-person visits.
