I’m so sorry you’re here under these circumstances. This is a gentle space to be held in your loss, to find steadiness, and to move through this experience with care and compassion.

With guidance and presence, I help you understand what’s happening in your body, reduce physical and emotional stress, and feel less alone in your experience. My goal is to hold space for your grief, honor your story, and remind you that you deserve care through every step of this journey.

KN & EF

Our initial introduction with Rebecca was an interview for her birthing Doula support with our first baby. Very quickly we realized she is a special human and Doula. Sadly, our pregnancy plans were interrupted by a traumatic loss. Rebecca was the first person we contacted for emotional and physical support to help us navigate the lonely path of losing our baby. Not only did she guide us through the unknowns with ease and comfort, but she also connected with us in person initially and then by text to hold space for us. She allowed us to lean on her for perinatal loss knowledge and provided amazing aftercare suggestions. With her support, we survived the first weeks and we are forever grateful.
