Postpartum Planning Session — $275
Plan for the realities of recovery and early parenthood. We’ll build a support map, outline priorities for rest and nourishment, and prepare your home for a smooth transition.
Hospital Birth Preparation — $300
Learn what to expect in a hospital setting—from policies and procedures to team communication and advocacy tools—so you can stay centered and informed throughout your birth.
Partner Preparation Session — $250
Give your partner the knowledge and confidence to support you effectively. Includes hands-on comfort techniques, emotional support strategies, and tools for staying connected during labor.
Cesarean Preparation — $275
Compassionate guidance for a planned or possible cesarean birth. We’ll cover emotional preparation, recovery expectations, and ways to promote bonding and healing afterward.
Fourth Trimester Check-In (Virtual or In-Person) — $250
A supportive debrief and guidance session to help you process your birth, assess recovery, and navigate the emotional and physical adjustments of early postpartum.
