Menstrual Coaching.

Together, we’ll explore your menstrual history and identify your personal goals for fertility, cycle awareness, and overall hormonal balance. This session helps you understand your body’s natural rhythm and how to support it through every phase.

Fertility Coaching.

I work with a limited number of clients to ensure each person receives the focused care and attention they deserve. My role is to complement the support you receive from your fertility care provider by offering emotional, physical, and evidence-based guidance throughout your journey.

Together, we’ll ease stress, reconnect you to your body, and create space for calm and confidence. I offer hands-on and heart-centered support—whether that means accompanying you to appointments, guiding breathwork, or sharing holistic self-care practices.Having walked this path myself, I understand the emotional and physical layers of fertility work.
